The menu’s listed below have been designed, prepared, and tested  by two highly renowned St. Louis Chef’s using authentic recipes and ingredients used in 1912.   Any menu choice changes that might occur will be minor and are only expected to include seasonal fruits and vegetables as our Chef’s only use the freshest of produce.

Our Captain’s Menu (NOT PICTURED-SOLD OUT) includes additional items from history prior to 1912 that the Captain’s Chef will be preparing tableside.   As this is the Chef’s selection, it may be subject to change at a moment’s notice but have no worries - his choices are truly delicious.  Prepared in front of you may be Cherries Jubilee having been first prepared for Queen Victoria during her Diamond Jubilee in 1897,  a Caesar Salad first prepared in 1903 in the United States, and perhaps an after dinner Hot Buttered Rum to take the chill off the cool evening air.
